The hot tub was out of order, and the breakfast options could have been more varied. Also, I wished the room had better lighting. it felt a bit dim at times. Still, I'd definitely recommend this place for its welcoming vibe and cleanliness.

Had a great time staying here with friends! We explored the historic tours of Providence and Newport and enjoyed shopping at the local boutiques. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. The proximity to restaurants made it super convenient. Plus, there were plenty of tables available for breakfast, and the tea and hot cocoa in the evening were a nice touch!

The hot tub was not working during our visit, which was disappointing because we were looking forward to relaxing in it after our outings.

I loved how spacious our King Room with Sofa Bed was—perfect for relaxing! The indoor pool was so inviting. we ended up spending our whole evening there, enjoying the large hot tub afterward. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the make-your-own waffles—such a fun way to start the day!
